Achieve: With this Thai beginner course, you will achieve the C1 and C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Exams: In order to take the exam at any level, you will need to enrol at one of  the Thai language courses. The Thai C1-C2 preparation makes it easier to perform optimally in the test by providing a comprehensive training program engulfing all the aspects. Preparation for the test includes lectures, instructions and practice questions/ sessions which improve your skills and ability to take the test.

Certificate: Hit Lang School  aims to help students who are interested on taking official certifications in Thai to prove their qualifications and students who would like to get a degree in Southeast Asian studies in the future. In order to get a certificate, students will have to complete a course and have a test to pass the exam.

Course length: It takes approximately 200 guided learning hours for a language learner to progress from one level of the CEFR ( Common European Framework of Reference) to the next. Course Guide: Although progress will depend on the type of course and the individual student, students can expect to reach the C1 level in Thai with 200 hours of instruction. Entry Requirements and Progression Route:

A willing to learn Thai .You are expected to attend regularly, participate in oral online live classroom activities or face to face classroom activities and complete homework regularly to ensure learning progress.To be able to join  (C1-C2), you should have completed an intermediate level of B2 respectively at Hit Lang School or have an equivalent knowledge of guided learning hours 400-500 hours.The progression route from Thai intermediate B1, is to Thai intermediate level B2; Upon successful completion of Thai Intermediate B2, you will be able to progress to the advanced level course in Thai.

C1-Advanced

Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning. Can express him/her fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.

C2-Mastery or proficiency

Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations.

Methods: The course is taught in English and Thai by using various methods  and proven methods which suite each learner. I also help students learn very well using linguistics / the scientific study of language,phonetics, semantics and pragmatics.The course is with coverage of the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing, and a balance between communicative activities, structure practice and grammar.The emphasis is put on speaking ,listening,writing and reading.Students will also have live conversations with a teacher in real time during each lesson.

 

Teaching materials: Syllabus,Text Documents,Images and Visuals,Video,Flashcards,News Articles and Magazines,Quizzes,Example Test Templates,Homework Assignments,​Et cetera, Audio-visual techniques will be included whenever appropriate.
